Academies are particularly fortunate in having Sponsors to support and encourage them in ways previously unknown by other forms of secondary schooling. Shirebrook Academy’s sponsors will be working as a team with the Academy’s governors and staff to improve and enhance educational provision at all levels through a culture of supportive learning and mutual benefit.
