Most of you will have received your individual email with your 3.6 activities returned (if you submitted them). If you haven’t had this back by the end of the day, please email me in case I have missed you out. If you did not submit your 3.6 activities you will have or will be receiving an email and parent text as form tutors are the only ones ringing home at present.

We have now covered all paper 1 content. We will review 3.5 – 3.7 on our return but it is vital that you have completed this work.

From now on the work set will be vital revision for a mock exam that will take place on our return in September.

Week 4 (wc 27th April 2020)

Hi all, please check your school email later today (Wednesday). Most of you should have had your work returned or marked online at GCSE Pod. Your assignment this week comes in 2 parts.

Part 1 – Complete the Seneca Learning Unit 3 Revision assignment for 1 week today (approximately 30 mins). Ensure you read the sections of text before answering questions.

Part 2 – Complete the GCSE Pod 3.6 Training & Development assignment for 1 week today (approximately 40 mins). Ensure you watch the pods and answer questions fully, taking into account number of marks and using your knowledge you gained from making your notes and completing activities for 3.6.

 


Week 3 (wc 20th April 2020)

Hi all, please check your school email for further details on your marked work that I have or will be returning. The assignment for this week is to read any make notes on the 3.6 Training and Development chapter and complete all activities. The deadline for submitting this to me by email is 1 week today Wednesday 29th April.


Week 2

I have added an assignment on GCSE POD that revisits 2.1 The Role of Marketing and 3.1 The Role of Human Resources. You have until 8/04/2020. I will be contacting each one of you throughout the course of the week to discuss your work you have submitted and general progress. Please continue to email me questions and your 3.5 work if you haven’t already done so.


Week 1

Please read through 3.5 chapter on Motivation and retention and make notes in the usual way. If you don’t have paper, do this on word and print on return to school.

Complete the activities that are part of the chapter (I will post the answers next week, you are welcome to email them to me).

Complete 3.5 data response 22 and email it to me at nmehrotrahughes@shirebrookacademy.org by Tuesday 31st March – I will mark this and send feedback.
