Step 1: Try to log on using your old password – it may then let you change it, following the instructions below.
Step 2: If that doesn’t work Email a member of staff for your password to be reset or email@example.com
Step 2: Type your username as displayed below shirebrook\username
Step 3: Your screen will change. Re-type your current password or reset password (usually Password1)
Step 4: Type your new password which must follow the usual password rules
- minimum 8 characters
- cannot be your name or any part of it
- contain 3 out of the 4 – lower case, UPPER CASE, numbers 12345, symbols %$£
Step 5: Retype the new password to ensure they match and then press ENTER or click SUBMIT
Step 6: You should get confirmation that this has worked and will now be able to log in to your school email. Click OK to log in.
