ALLRoads as the sponsors of the Academy have established a charitable Trust made up of partners working together for the benefit of the Academy. The Academy is owned and run by the Trust which has appointed a governing body to manage the Academy on its behalf. The Governing body is made up of representatives of ALLRoads, Sheffield Hallam University, the education partners of the Academy, community representatives and staff and parent governors. The key responsibilities of the governing body include:
• Ensuring quality education
• Challenging and monitoring the Academy’s performance
• Managing finance and property
• Employing staff
• Co-operating with other schools and learning providers
The day-to-day running of the Academy is the responsibility of the Academy Principal and the Senior Leadership Team.
